Plz stop rubbing my nose in being bad... im trying.

Ok so... i play a lot of games both by myself and with friends. i had a challenger friend who carried me for a ton of games in a row, then when i played on my own, my elo was way way way over what i could handle cuz i got creamed really badly and people were accusing me of playing bad on purpose and im like no... i suck... blame my friends for raising my elo... and then they were like you gave someone your account to boost you?! and im like no i didnt say that, they just carried me. X_X; why would anyone cheat to boost their account esp if they don't play ranked?! look at all my match history even when team won i still did poorly and NONE of my games are ranked...

anyhow. i suck, i can't get better, my problem isnt strategy its poor processing and map awareness (which is because of the poor processing, i can only take in so much so i focus on whats on hand and forget the rest which is why i play teemo, shrooms compensate for it), and when i say processing problems im diagnosed high functioning autism, in my case its literally the autism... the processing issues i have make me slow to react and clumsy. regardless, i try my best, and most of the time i have fun. esp when im with friends, they like my commentary (which is in private, and highly inappropriate LOL), and my voice is a dead ringer for teemo which just makes it more amusing really lol...

normally im fine.. but i still suck, i admit i suck, but its also not my fault... i try. really hard. and its not like i touch ranked. ;-; its just normals... everyone calm down please and quit punishing me for being bad... i know, i get it, i already feel bad... i dont need my nose rubbed in it... and you may not think much of teemo but me playing teemo is WAY better than any other champion. by a lot. that map awareness thing i talked about. im not trying to be bad. and trying to report me and get me banned for being bad is... so if your bad your not allowed to play league at all? its not like im afking or feeding. im sitting under my turret and getting turret bombed ffs... i help my teammates out, shroom the map to hell, try to feed them kills before myself help them get blues and reds, usually through stealing, i ping to go invade and shroom path in and out so we get awareness of area and then steal the red/blue, which i give to the one following me unless they already have it.

I trrryyyy

I do have plenty of issues too.. and while that probably does keep me from climbing super high- I've I've atleast worked with it to be fairly good at the game. It's not impossible for you, it takes time and practice to develop the skill of the game with your issues in mind. :)

There's no shame in playing for fun. Not everyone can thrive in ranked for a variety of reasons. Remember, at a base level this is a video game and if you're not having fun, then you're not doing right by yourself. Our free time is a finite resource and we deserve to enjoy it. Play non-ranked game modes.

This dude is what NA needs more of. He acknowledges his own flaws and tries to both improve them and work around them. Dear Na, take a lesson. Stfu and adopt this mindset.

Hopping on the add-me train, I'd actually like to play with you wayyy more than the toxic players rife in the game. Don't let them get to you either, since trying is the most important thing and you're doing it!

I think a lot of the time the problem actually lies with the person who is flaming. they're mad about something in their life, and they're taking it out on someone they don't have to look at over the internet. Mute and pity them, that's what I say. If you're working on improving people should be supportive of that, regardless of how bad you do in games. You've got something really important in life, and that's self awareness. :)

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with so much negativity in your games. It really ruins the fun of it overall when people get all flamey over something that literally doesn’t matter (it’s a game after all, and people often seem to forget that).

As a fellow person who also sucks at league, I just wanna say that you can still have fun even if you’re bad. Don’t let the people who are upset get you down. Just mute them and keep playing. I’ve sucked at league for like over a year now across many accounts and I still play it because I genuinely enjoy the game. Have I gotten any better in time? Lol no. But I still try and have fun in the process. Sure there’s those negative people out there that make it less fun but hey, don’t let them stop you from doing what you enjoy.

I hope you can have some good games soon where people aren’t so mean :)

There are some people who win 90% of their games and they expect every person in the team to do just that. If I can do that, I'd quit my job and find a recruiter so that I can go pro. I don't even play rank anymore so my options are bots and blinds. You can't believe how OCD some people are. They just want to win all the time. They can't or choose not to gauge their team members and maybe take a glance once in a while at other lanes and ask, "What is going on mid?" or "Bot's really struggling". If the team member is struggling, maybe you can take some time and just pass through so that the opponent's mid laner will know that this is a TEAM not who has the highest KDA. Thank god I'm not easily tilted because if I were, I'd quit league the next day!

I was flamed during my first BEGINNER BOT game! I felt sorry for my friend who kept on typing, "Relax man, he's new. I'm helping him figure things out".

I, honestly, don't actually suck too much LOL. My friends who are in Platinum and Gold told me, I'm okay but unless I learn more about the mechanics of my champions, play other champions so that when I play against them, I'd be more savvy about their abilities and what to expect e.g. I know now when Katarina has her blade on the ground, don't even go near it [sg-ahri-2] , and increase my map awareness; I'd never get pass Bronze. [zombie-brand-mindblown] But I'm okay with that. I'm just not ambitious. So, when Plat or Diamond come and play beginner bots to get their first win of the day, YOU KNOW YOU WILL CARRY. Or when you play blind PVP, you know people like me who want to have fun will play. Flaming us will not get you pass your promos.

Some of us work 45 hours a week and we choose League to unwind because we like to see the champions fight and we want to get involved. You choose not to play rank because you don't want to risk your promos (maybe because you suck too) and come in blind and flame everybody. If you can come in beginner bots or blind and win lanes then roam, then get penta, I'm happy for you. I won't complain. But don't sit there and flame us just because I miss my ult as Taliyah or Ezreal or I don't know how to manage my mana as MissFortune . IT'S BEGINNER BOTS! [zombie-brand-facepalm]

In a nutshell, I think in the war of computer games, the game that can ensure that A MAJORITY of the players is happy will win and get the biggest slice of the gaming market. If whatever I'm seeing in the boards is anything to by, League is very far from getting there.

But I'm just a Bronze. What do I know? Don't flame.... please.

Yeah, people put way too much value in the ability to play a video game well. It's just a damn game. Hope you got the thick skin, because it will never stop. Everyone gets flamed in this game.

You can add me too. I too can't process too much at once and learned to compensate by substituting reaction with prediction. I main jungle and can share how I place vision to keep track of the map in the early/mid game and predict the flow.

Ullr7/16/2019, 10:31:39 PM2 votes

You can add me as well, I mainly play bots (I do play Rift, and ARAM as well) but bots have been fun lately. Support main, but if you ever need anything don't be afraid to ask! :)

I mean its good that you admit it, but at the end of the day your friend should of taught you how to survive against higher elo players like himself; Instead of boosting you causing your score to soar to higher heights and higher elo match ups. just keep trying and look on YouTube for pointers on how to play better. [vlad-salute] u got this

novac37217/17/2019, 4:45:34 AM2 votes

If it helps any, you can try playing 3v3. Sadly it still gets the occasional bot, but I always go back to it now n then. Smaller map, fewer champs. Less to keep track of. And you could try jungling. jungle is kinda a bad roll rn in rift, I don't think they changed exp in 3v3. Learning to jungle will also help learn how to pay attention to the map in ways that matter, since you can learn when to gank. Then you can think "would I gank me rn? and if so, how?".

Not sure how much help it would be to you, but it's helped me.

normals is shit.... ,my suggestion is to play ranked, you will get better matches and just mute toxic ppl that spam ping or try to put u down.thats what ive had to do cause my tendency is to troll once someone pops off

DerpDeHerp7/17/2019, 3:16:27 PM2 votes

Can I hop on the non-toxicity train? :3 Also, as someone who played EvE Onine on top of this game and also as a long time Dark Souls veteran, I I'v trudged threw some of the most toxic sludge the gaming industry has to offer and I seem to have found my method for deflecting toxic people. And that's by telling them to put their mouth on a certain body part of mine and to have a nice day, then proceed to continue doing my thing. xD

Yeah the community is actually why i seek a game as addictive to replace this.

OwO i know how you feel

FederationFurry7/19/2019, 11:18:50 AM1 votes

You shouldn't have cheated by getting boosted. I have no sympathy. Its basically the same as the people crying because they got banned in Overwatch for cheating? What did you expect to happen? You tried to cheat the system.

Git gud

ANearMiss7/18/2019, 3:58:24 PM1 votes

Sounds like the problem is your attitude. You'll fuck up no matter how good you are, but do your research and don't walk into what's gonna be an obviously lost fight. (you're usually better off abandoning team-mates except during an engage or you can make a major difference/cleanup.)
