Why? Well, obviously because...

Premades won't insult one another whenever they make the smallest mistake
At least some people on the team will be coordinated
Premades won't ban their friends' champions and then start a racial slur war in the lobby

Yes, my last few ranked games were hell, yes, I had the last point happen twice today. Keep complaining that you get premades and feel left out or whatnot, I'd trade them any day for my 1v2v1v1v5s. Fcking hell.

lets see..

I party and play with random people all the time.

most the time, we're not in comms. even we do get comms, its just 1 person that joins
If it is a good game, they don't flame, if someone within the premade is having a bad game the flame still happens
I still report them afterwards, I also remove them from friends list after. I don't want to play with toxic people.
I still see team mate's hovered champ banned. People don't pay enough attention in champ select.
I don't play during peak hours where certain gaming ages come online and play with their buddies, so I've never experienced the negativities people say about soloQ.

I've had some premade experience that were simply bone-chilling.

We make such a big deal about certain words being used, or the term "kys", but I can't imagine being an angsty teen and going in with one of those premades for 30+ minutes. All this bullshit about toxicity - Riot is forcing anyone who wants to continue to play League solo queue into situations which are basically exercises in cyber-bullying. To say nothing of quality of game play

I've never been on a premade with players who aren't trolling (that I don't know or player with regularly).

I want nothing to do with people who aren't solo-q'ed.
