Player "Privacy"

What's up with the privacy in regards to other players reports and honor level?

For example why can't I know if a player I reported got action taken against? Actually knowing if me reporting assholes is actually helping the game or not. Also if someone had slipped through the cracks I would know and follow up on it. Overall making a healthier community.

Honor level, whats up with not being able to see other's honor?

Shouldn't we make bad behavior public so it can confronted more easily?

Also if someone had slipped through the cracks** I would know and follow up on it**.

This right here is why they keep it private. It's not your job to follow up on it, and hounding a player about their past is no way to help them reform.

It wouldn't make a healthier community, it would allow for witch hunts.

The question that needs answering is why do you need to know?

You claim to "confront" bad behavior. How are you going to confront bad behavior when you have no method with which to stop/block it?
