yup 2 games in a row filled with feeders and im the ONLY one doing good ..
Yeah the matchmaking doesn't seem balanced at all for lower levels, like around level 30 and bronze the matching is very terrible. The first time I ever played as level 30 I was matched against tons of golds and sometimes even plat. It was obvious every time cause they'd carry hard and wreck everyone, only to see it's a plat or gold playing vs bronze/unranked brand new players.
