How many of you have asked for reports in all chat? How many of us have bitched about a teammate in all chat while simultaneously demanding them to be useful by insulting them?

A lot.

And guess what happens. The other person flames back. They don't keel over and bow down. Things either settle down because everyone decides to shut up after awhile, or things blow up into someone getting reported/punished because several people were responsible in contributing to a negative environment.

Sometimes, you get a blacksheep in the team where everyone decides to place blame on that person. Regardless of whether or not they admit that they've made mistakes, they will continue to face an onslaught of "lol so&so is autistic, learn to play, please report this guy" which is ironic because that person is being flamed to high heavens.

I'm guilty of it. You're guilty of it. If you want to win, don't mindlessly flame. If they ask for advice, give it to them and tell them exactly what they should be doing, not "you're autistic".

Numerous people have asked to report me and others simply for making mistakes and not playing well. I tend to keep my chill most of the time but If i recall summoner 12 correctly I have never asked for a "report X" unless they were intentionally feeding, I tend to keep cool but i myself as well gets tilted af.

I do not flame people. I only ask for "report {x}" if the person is AFK or really really obviously inting. Like not just a bad player who is kinda feeding, I'm talking the douche who decided he was going to troll the team and die a bunch.

It just stresses every other player out if you are wasting time flaming a guy because he is not playing mid like he is Bjergsen Junior.

I accept that sometimes you get teammates who aren't great at the game (and have at times been the low man on the totem pole myself). Better to try to help them out than constantly remind them they are not doing great. A person who isn't trolling understands that when they are 1-7-0 they are not helping out a ton.

At worst, pretend to help them out and direct them to play as your personal meat shield so you can mop up kills. :D
