Ranked is just a game.

When I hear people say "it is only _____, it is just a fun mode", it shows they are truly unsportsmanlike. Ranked is just a game as well. If you aren't playing it "just for fun" (unless you truly are playing professionally and earning a living at it) they you are playing just for fun. Even in ranked. Making that statement in any other mode means you are there, but you aren't going to do your level best. You don't care that someone else who is there wants to win, and are doing their level best. You are trolling.

I know this will be looked at as negative by those that don't understand sportsmanship ... that in a team sport, it isn't about me. It is about the team.

Being a sportsman and the sportsmanship honor needs to be seriously improved ... OUTSIDE of ranked.
