i play leage for 5 years now and i play really alot , when i wana rank up sumway sumhow i can't even enjoy one or two games in ranked ,because 70% of the game you can get a troll anytime of the day , doesnt matter when , can i have a good answer on this pls , if you delete this post , idk how much more surveys we have to fill in , for most of the players want to be heard about this 
Trolls will stop existing on LoL around the same time they disappear from the internet. However, no, what you want is to stop getting people who do poorly, or who make a mistake, get heated and troll because of it, things like that won't ever stop being things.
Play as Trundle, that way you become their King and they have to obey you.
You need to find 4 people who you can voice-chat with and just go for broke playing 5 vs 5 ranked matches. This is the only way to truly better yourselves in a game where it is 5 vs 5. You want a worlds team right? I see that you're down in Bronze V. There are a lot of players who are down there because there are only a few aspects of the game that they're decent at (e.g. last hitting, or landing skillshots, or focusing a priority target in teamfights). There are a lot of players who are down there because there really aren't any aspects of the game that they're decent at. And there are some players who are down there because they have no real interest in doing their best every game, and they goof off or even troll.
Regardless of which type of players you have on your team, they're going to do TERRIBLE. And all five players on the opposing team, they're also going to do TERRIBLE. If you also do TERRIBLE, games are going to be won at random and it will be a frustrating experience.
In about 30 minutes, I could make you into a better League player, and then you will be able to win Bronze V games. Not every game, but most of them. Enough of them to start climbing out and get to the division you want to be in. At just a glance at your op.gg page, I see a lot of very obvious mistakes that are extremely common among players in your division: no upgraded trinkets, no Sightstone on support, bad builds (thornmail rush), many deaths, low farm, no flash. If you play LoL for another five years, you'll still be in Bronze V that whole time if you don't put any effort into finding these flaws and fixing them.
There are some things you do decently, and when you look around at other players on your team, you see them doing those things completely wrong. Perhaps this causes you to think they are trolls. I guarantee that most of your teammates look at you and think the same thing, because they have a different set of skills so they see you making really bad decisions too. You can't change who is on your team but you can get better so that they don't affect your ability to win the game.
