Honestly this alone worth 10 games chat restriction. But you had 14 days ban , which means your next ban is gonna be pernament , no matter if its worth 10 games chat rest. or 14 days ban , its still gonna give you pernament. And if you care so much about your account , why u didnt change after the first warning??? Blame none but yourself :)

Lesson to be learned from this topic: If you're coming off a 14 day ban, keep your damn mouth shut and stop using chat. Cause you're skating on extremely thin ice and any toxic or negative thing you say will wind up in a permanent ban.

Was there only one game? Did you very recently come off a 14 day ban? This log is rather mild, so I can only guess you were just back from a 14 day ban.

You got banned for that? See this is exactly why I don't bother speaking. As soon as people start showing me they are apes, I just leave the match. I'm not gonna bother trying to explain shit and risk a ban. A Leavebuster is much less harsh.

Only thing i can think of is you typed to much basically, so the system was like, eh ban him, hes typing too much, we don't like that, riots system, KEKW

if that first part wasn't all chat i dont think that this is punishable if it was all chat maybe at most a chat restriction i don't think this is that negative at all system maybe took this line "we have to think a bit herer and not just afk fight in the jungle" and scanned for the word afk and put you in a bad spot, when you never used that word to insult/threaten.
