Hextech Loot Rewards?

A few days ago I received a 10-game chat restriction. I was on the team of a 4-man queue and they were annoying the whole game. They ended up reporting me because I didn't do great (practicing a new champ) and they all reported me. I got the restriction and now I can't get Hextech loot? Does anybody know how long that ban lasts, and is it even a good idea? It honestly appears like more of a bad thing than a good thing- making toxic players even more toxic by taking away their loot for long periods of time??

Bro I was hit with the same thing. Just report people after games who say anything sarcastic or in anyway shaped or form offensive after games and it will cut the time. Worked for me at-least. For example Other Player: Good game guys this was super fun You: report System: Clearly sarcasm Good job for reporting toxic scum you're a reformed player!
