@riot is it against the rule to post a video of a guy walking down mid intentionally feeding?

**we need the /remake option to be available when stuff like this happens, or a shorter forfeit before 3 minutes with no penalty , getting a free win and us losing LP because of people like him is unforgivable!!!!!!! **

I got this 0/20/0 walk straight mid because he didn't get to play galio mid, saying the doesn't care, even tho his role was supposed to be BOT.

i mean if i were to stream on twitch and someone posted the video of my game, that wouldn't be against the rule.
