Grammar lovers seem to forget the most important part of language called vernacular. They have small ego and they wanna feel better about them selves

In what way does vernacular apply in this case?

Video gaming has developed multiple vernaculars of its own whether appreciated or not. Including leet speak and txting shorthand

One, he's showing typos, most definitely not a form of language, but an error. Two, vernacular pertains in an overall sense of the spoken word. Leet speak in itself is a text based language.

I beg of you, if you're going to use one of my favorite words, don't misuse it. The poor thing barely gets used as is by the common man anymore.

While right on the typo i missed that. Vernacular applies to both spoken and written but when the word was first used common people didnt know how to read and write. Shakespearse is the man who made written vernacular popular

We'll have to agree to disagree. Either way gaming culture/leet speak is not written by the common man (since few if any speak it at all), but a small percentage of society, so semantically speaking it wouldn't apply. You would have been better off using the colloquialism slang, which is more fitting in this case.

We definately will but it was a good discussion.

In the future if you're having to have this sort of discussion, you might want to work on your spelling and punctuation. It detracts from the points you're making.
