Going down a honor level???????

Over a course of 8 months I worked my way out of honor level 0 after being banned because of some toxicity, and over 2 games I got chat restriction because I was frustrated with the amount of afk's in my games. But being knocked down a honor level so that you cannot receive keys? too harsh. the amount of vulgar words I said in those past games was minimal and no racial slurs at all? Being knocked down a honor level is too much. I always tell my teammates if they dont want to hear me, mute me also. I warn the specifically of my toxicity
