I got this after posting asking for a skin gift
will the suspension be on my forums account or will i be suspended from playing the game too? lol

That's just for forum privileges. That isn't to say you can do whatever you want on the boards and your account is safe; if you went so far as to making death threats they'd probably suspend your account, but you're not talking about that :P
e-begging is frowned upon.
I think just the boards,although i looked into the Universal Rules and did not see anything relating to asking for skins directly although i may have missed it
