there is a Duo Rigging Ranked Games

about four months ago i ran into an anivia and trundle who were both are a duo who constantly griefs thier own teamates with walls by trapping them into enemies and preventing abilities from being cast by the knockups and i actually ran into the same duo just now in my ranked game AGAIN causing our team to lose. This time in the beginning of the match they started off by banning the teams pre-chosen champs and once the match started they began to start thier usual behavior by using walls to block thier allies from getting to jg monsters to trapping allies into incoming enemies all game. i was playing as jhin and every time i ulted anivia or trundle would use a wall to cancel my ultimate because it knocks you up. ive reported these same two players and im guessing nothing happened. if this behaviour is allowed thats ridiculous because its litterally causing players to get demoted and etc these kind of things make me not wanna play league anymore because its frustrating especially if you get griefed by the same person who has previously griefed you in the past what can be done about this? blocking doesnt help because it only blocks friend requests i believe. is there a mod i can talk to about this because i know wim not allowed to announce thier names on here.
