I know a long time ago you used to be able to use the email type system to report people. Is that still possible? I just really want the .0001% piece of mind from all these champ select trolls that you can't use the ingame report feature for when you dodge.

Daen1 votesWhen it comes to reporting someone in champion select, grab screenshots and send that info to Riot via a support ticket.
I don't think they do direct email reporting any more due to how huge the community is now, a support ticket's your best bet.

But what do you choose with that ticket menu? I don't see anything applicable.

The options are really poorly covered, I think the only one that's even remotely applicable is "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games". Ultimately, from what I understand, the categories essentially help route the cases internally; it shouldn't matter too much which you choose.

There's sub menus and none of them make sense for a player report (to me).

"Game and Features" for the Category menu, I suppose, but I totally agree with you on how unclear it is.
