Skins don't stay selected with new champ select

In the old champ select if you chose a skin it would stay on for the next time you chose the champ but in the new champ select unless it had been 'locked in' previously through the old system it goes back to the default skin every game automatically now. This is really annoying because i really only use one skin per champ and would just leave it selected so im not used to having to check everytime i play a game.
