How long do I have to wait to be eligible for rewards again?

How long must i wait to be eligible for rewards again? I just finished my first restriction penalty 7 games ago and I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes to be able to receive awards again. Surely the time can't be too long for the first punishment.
