Hi My friend needs help

Hi there, my friend got suspended from playing league for two weeks because she was supposedly "feeding" in her game. She told her team that she has never played jungle and is still fairly new to the game's mechanics. She was reported playing blinds and granted she "fed" in her game but that's from not understanding the jungle role. heck she didn't even take smite. She was also being harassed by her own team. Like she knows shes bad at the game. She played Ahri jungle. you can imagine how tough that might have been for her.
