Riot; Can stealing jungle farm/acting against your team be a bannable offense or something? Please?

I'm tired of the teams I'm with taking my farm while I'm jungling because they get bitchy at me. I'm tired of the my own team mates avoiding team fights with me, telling the other team if I go for an objective, and of doing everything they can to actually get me killed.

Why the hell do I have to keep dealing with this? Why aren't there some type of rules against this crap? Every game I'm stuck with these teams lately, this season has been the biggest nightmare I've had to deal with since starting the game out.

How the hell am I supposed to enjoy the game, to hell with actually win, when this is the team I'm stuck with CONSTANTLY?

Can we please make some kind of rules or enforceable punishment for people who act against there team so maybe this kind of garbage will stop?

[EDIT]

Well I read the comments. I see the problem, the majority of the community doesn't want to work together it seems. They want to do what they want because they want and damn the fact they're supposed to work together. Riot may have read it, they may not have, but to see the responses I have from the community is loud enough. Turns out the team based game isn't about being a team, it's about having the freedom to do what you want even if it hurts the team.

feel better?

Where does it end? Rito can we please have a rule against jungler taxing lane minions pleaseeeeee? Rito can we please have a rule against jungler who refuses to gank pleaseeeeee? Rito can we please have a rule against jungler who won't help losing lane and just let it keeps falling behind pleaseeeee? Rito can we please have a rule against jungler who refuses to come get dragon/herald/baron when they spawn pleaseeeeee?

Might as well ask Rito to make a manifesto for how each role can and cannot do.

For the true trolling like giving enemies your location, THAT is already a punishable and enforceable offense. "Acting against your team" is an extremely subjective thing. If someone constantly split push, he may feel that is the best way to win while you may think he's refusing to group and thus not trying to win. Are you more right than he is? No, as long as he is trying to win and in his mind, that is how he wins, that's okay with Rito. You are in the same MMR as the people you play with. You are no better than them. If you are a jungler and you don't gank my lane by minute 7. I may feel you are acting against the team by not trying to get my lane ahead while trying to out farm the other jungler and reported you. Are you okay with being punished for that? See how subjective it can be (true trolling notwithstanding).

Anyone is allowed to play as they see fit as long as they're actively trying to win - despite others telling them what to do.

Nobody owns jungle camps.

Nobody owns minions.

Nobody owns kills.

Nobody, including yourself, is required to listen to what other people tell them to do. Everyone is allowed to do their own thing in the interest of winning. Nobody here can tell you if the calls you were making were the correct ones. People are also allowed to be bad as long as they're not intentionally feeding or griefing. The punishment for being consistently bad is to lose games and lose rank. And no, not listening to everyone else doesn't count as griefing. Nobody is in charge.

Only if being a useless jungler is also bannable.

If you do nothing but afk arm, then I'm taking your camps to give you time to do something else.
