Been having a bad streak of games. Had an Aatrox support 2 hours after update was released(mind you he has never play Aatrox before). Then next game having an Ezreal JG who has 2 games on Ezreal, and none of them in the jg , and one was a remake. And the grand finale. 3rd game Camille jng is afk first 7 minutes of the game, I initiate vote to remake and the freaking AP mid Gragas tells everyone not to remake because he got 1st blood. and then the botlane who has already fed vayne 4 kills in the 7 minute span continues to vote no because the AP Gragas is going to carry us all. They then continue to troll and feed because "we loss anyway." So naturally I flamed the hell out of them all. Now I never really flame cause I know majority of this community, especially during the summer time, is full with kiddies. But man I just had to let loose and vent. You tell everyone to not remake, only to troll? What sense does that make? I had some hope that once I was out of Silver I wouldnt be dealing with this, but now that I am in Gold it is the same freaking stuff I used to see in Bronze. Do people try to win the game at all or do they Que with the mindset that they are probably gonna lose? The fact that pisses me off the most is that Riot does nothing to try to minimize the trolls in the game, all they care about is " oh you said a bad language word, you cant say that." Dont mind the REASON that causes some players to want to flame. Dont try to analyze the root behavior of some of your idiotic and toxic player base just focus on what was said. Like why even play this game anymore. Between the imbalance of champions and the player base like what is keeping me from uninstalling, hell if I know.

First off, nobody has to surrender, just like nobody has to not surrender. It is put up to a vote for a reason, and it is decided as a team. If they want to keep playing, they have every right to do so, and if you can't accept that you shouldn't queue up into a game without a premade team. Same thing like those who wanted to keep trying, but their team chose to ff instead. The team had the right to ff and the player needs to accept that.

Second, every player is judged 100% as an individual. Nothing you did effected their punishment, and nothing they did effect yours. If they were trolling, that really sucks. Trust me, every single person in this community knows how that feels, we have all lost plenty of games due to trolls. But this line shows why you were punished:

In no situation is that allowed. If you continue that you will keep getting escalating punishment and eventually get permabanned. Now, maybe you disagree with that you shouldn't, but let me ask you this: Which one do you think hurts trolls more, you walking away completely unscathed, or you getting banned?

Either A: They were truly trolls and they want you to flame them so they can get you banned. If you lose control of your emotions, they win. Even if the only reason is to spite them, you must remain silent. Or B: They were not trolls, and you are just insulting people who had no malicious intent. In neither situation is flaming them a good thing.
