1 easy way to help new players feel welcomed

If you are smurfing, please remember that you are playing with new player's who will make mistakes that you would not see on your main account. This is important since when I was playing as a smurf I saw some other smurfs who tended to chastise new players for making mistakes that from a smurfs prospective seems stupid, but to a new player in not the first thing to come to their mind (I.E Don't chase / / , Don't Tower dive / / , Don't go too far without vision, etc.). If we do this then the new players won't feel so terrible and are more willing to continue playing and learn. Now we can note to them that what they did was not a good idea, but we don't need to be so toxic about it. Just remember that you were a new player once too, and that you made many of these mistakes that they did.
