Edit: Rito deleted this for it being on the wrong board, even though it wasn't. I guess they weren't smart enough to realize this wasn't a "player behavior" post, but instead a "rito stop being dumb and do your job" post. Guess them being too dumb to realize it really nails the point home.

How about instead of removing my post pointing out a player that literally averages a KDA of 0.3/23.7/0.9 (0.05) over the past 100 games, YOU ACTUALLY FUCKING PUNISH TROLLS. #businessmajorlogic

It is seriously amazing how this player has literally fed THE ENTIRE WAY TO LEVEL 30 without punishment, and now is doing the same exact thing in ranked games. This player was brought to my attention through someone's experience with him repeatedly running into players. And why isn't he punished? Because he doesn't use chat in game. Can't punish people if they aren't negative.

"He will get punished, it just takes time." Oh really, how many games is enough time? You can go ahead and get chat banned for calling him a troll if you do it in 2 games, but it takes 300 games of going 0-30-1 to get 20 min low priority Q for intentionally feeding? You really don't think his 0 kill and fucking 60 deaths game is intentionally feeding? It's just having a bad game? It takes you "more data" to come to a conclusion that a below average 4th grader could? And you wonder why your game is "toxic". Lyte, you are a joke. Until you people actually get some common sense and realize that this type of behavior, and other trollos like it, are the reason you have "muh toxic chat", you will continue to have the shittiest community in most of the gaming world like you have the past 3 seasons. Your silly method of changing font colors on the loading screen obviously isn't working.

I would LOVE to see the statistics on how many players were reported/punished as a result of this fella. I bet it's quite a few. So it boggles my how you can punish many players as a result of one person trolling instead of just punishing the one troll.

Tl,dr: The simple fact is that you are never going to fix your "toxicity" problem until you actually address causes of it. If you actually want it to improve, then you have to realize that. If not, then continue to have the problem while bitching about "such toxic".

If I was a Rioter, I don't think I would have read past the commonality of your first (and the other) insults. You cannot expect people to take you seriously when you insult them.

Valid point, and given other circumstances I would agree. But rito obviously hasn't listened to the multitude of "nice" posts about this. If they did, we wouldn't have the issue with it and we wouldn't have anywhere near the "toxicity" issue that the community complains about. This was more a rant/frustration post because I know rito isn't going to do anything about it. I just wish the community would smarten up already.

Not to mention, rito employees simply don't look at this type of post in general. Go hit that rito tracker button. Like 3 out of the last 50 rito posts have been on something that wasn't "story, art" or "creations". And they were on the report a bug section about hextech crafting. The only other posts that are responded to are "i got banned for nothing!" posts about children that repeatedly flame for no reason. If a rito person is going to read my post, I have to trick them with a "my 1000th game rito play with me!! <3 :) :3 " title.

I won't act like I have never had one of these posts. I wish the best of luck with you and your issues, but I do agree that sometimes when you go all nice and proper you are ignored.

I just wish the community would smarten up already.

Sometimes lol? Look at the entire playerbase trying to be "nice" with cass. I saw months and months of a shit ton of "nice" posts that got hundreds of upvotes (so you know they saw them lol), just to be ignored. In fact, rito has stated they don't like long well thought out post lol.

The automated system takes care of everything, and right now it's probably thinking that the person there is just reaaaaaaaaaaaally bad. Get his name in a support ticket, and show it to Riot.

So how many 0-60 games is "enough" to justify punishment to you? Just wondering.

Any games are enough to punishment as long as people actually report. Games are counted per match, with more special cases such as trolling being watched carefully in case it is a false ban. Flamers get Chat Restricts and then Bans, but Trollers only get Bans. To me this guy should be banned. But hey, there's a flaw in the system and someone is abusing it. Like that is unheard of. When Riot gets this, they will fix it and help the system detect this again.

To me this guy should be banned. But hey, there's a flaw in the system and someone is abusing it. Like that is unheard of.

Exactly the problem I'm pointing out. The flaw in the system is that they are no where near strict enough with trolling punishments, which is leading to their toxicity problem that they are trying so hard to fix. But they won't with their current approach of addressing only the reactions and changing the font color on the loading screen.

Alright, that was a mistake on my part. I meant to say there many games are needed there.

They also are dealing with this problem- It's just hard as hell to catch. Also, did you read what I said? Trolling only gets two chances compared to the usual 4. Hackers only get 1. They also aren't doing that. They are addressing people who aren't helping at all the- toxic people. They aren't banning people's reactions, they are banning all flamers. If people's reactions are also flaming, then they get banned. But I have seen more ban cases of people starting the argument and getting banned than the reverse.

Listen, I know you are angry about this. I know you think they should dedicate more resources to this, but listen to me carefully: This isn't easy in any way. Trolling is very diverse, can constantly change (champion designs have been rejected fully because of fear of this), and hard as hell to catch properly. The reason so many flame bans are going out is because they are easy to catch. Why spend so long fixing a long term problem and let the minor problems run loose when you can take a little longer and clean all the minor problems?

So you think many games of 0-60 are needed? Honest, it takes 1 game of 0-60 to know that the dude is trolling. There is literally no other explanation for someone level 30 to go 0-60 in a match, unless they are extremely mentally handicapped in which case League probably isn't for them. So no, it's not hard to catch players like this lol. It's extremely easy. 0-60? Ok yeah troll perma banned. Very easy actually lol.

... In the LAN servers, there is sometimes a map glitch that will despawn ALL turrets, including base turrets, and only blue base spawn works with nexus not working. People will then proceed to stomp the enemy team over and over all game to see how high they can get. Enemy team gets perma banned.

Say for my team decided to do a "never surrender" all mid thing. It goes horribly, and the enemy team gets the idea to constantly camp us, but because of how we did it we would never stop. If someone reported us even as a joke, according to you we would get banned even though the whole team agreed to it.

I was giving examples. My worst game I ever had was my second time Lulu support. I had something like 37 deaths. I wasn't trolling intentionally, and I was just that bad. Someone else said they respectfully sent a ticket, maybe now they will be banned. For now, let's just drop the discussion because it's derailed off topic and going nowhere.
