i know that this thread has been done 1000 times but for real something has to be done about trolls in champ select there should be a way to report in champ select and disband the game without penalty except to the guy who got reported im so sick and tired of either having to dodge games and lose lp or play them anyways and lose even more lp its so dumb and for those who say its not a problem yes it is

High chances that Riot is trying to figure out a solution. While they're on a solution though, we players can also give ideas and well, debate over it.
I think the root of the problem comes down individually to the players themselves. It's up to every player themselves to be a positive role model and guide people who have forgotten how to treat others like a delicate flower and teach them like they're new babies. Of course these are figurative languages but you get the gist of it.
