One word: Incarnati0n.
Not only he received permanent ban on multiple accounts, he received a game permanent ban - as in, he was forbidden to even log in with a new account. And it wasn't just for chat toxicity, but also DDoS'ing and trolling.
DDoS'ing alone is like 10 times more severe than anything you can say in chat.
What absolutely kills me is when people post their chat logs, assuming that they'll be vindicated somehow, and the logs are wholly comprised of them calling their own teammates slurs and telling them to go kill themselves or something.
Like, what the hell did you think would happen?

Permabans are permanent for a reason. The system has an astronomically low level of false positives, but if you've been banned for something that you absolutely did not do and got hacked for some reason and have very clear evidence to prove your innocence, Riot takes this into account. The system is not 100% foolproof and hackers take advantage of that. If you're being a salty troll, you're not going to get your account back. If you were hacked and your account was stolen and you were banned for account sharing when you were in South America without internet access for three months but suddenly your account says you've turned into a Rengar main, Riot will definitely look into it. Rioters understand things like this happen. VERY rarely, but I've seen it happen, and the person got their account back! Technical issues are not the same as being a toxic dickmunch though, so don't count on getting your stuff back if you've been calling your teammates feeder noobs for months on end. GL HF!
