I got a chat ban. How long am I punished to not get rewards?

If you are chat restricted for 10 games then just play 10 games then you get reward, if you got suspended then GG to your reward but you said chat ban which I think is chat restriction so if you finish the chat restriction games before Nov 6 then you will get the reward. Don't think there is chat ban anymore just restriction and suspension.

From the FAQ:

Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players issued a ban of seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (from August 7 on) are ineligible for this year’s rewards.

it depends. Everyone's punishment is different as everyone is on a different petal when it comes to being punished. If it was the first tier of punishment (10 game chat restriction) it shouldn't take that long, but that also implies you are playing regularly as well as having a positive attitude while playing. I've seen people say they gotten rewards back within a few week, whereas people who got punished harder had to wait months in order to get rewards again!
