I hope you reported the vayne - that's pretty clearly intentionally feeding. I can't say for certain, but I'm pretty sure that the bot would've picked that up even without a manual review. If not, it'd virtually certainly be punished upon manual review.

By the picture, you sent it looks she may have been trying maybe cause of the number of cs she had. She may have been tilted in the match from maybe a camp which made her do that. still bad to play like the Vayne is doing.
