I've noticed a common problem amongst people and the report system:

They don't realize it's an automated system with certain trigger words such as "kys" and saying that or the n word is immediately punishable, even when used in a joking manner or even when not directed at anyone. you should send out a notification to League players about this.

It's not the worst idea. But devil's advocate: Should people really need a reminder that hate speech and telling somebody to kill themselves isn't appropriate behavior?
