you know those "Hard to decide" afk/feeders? the ones who will feed/afk/lose strategically, but we dont have the system good enough to detect them? like, i just had a teamate (and im sure everyone has had someone do this before) who decided "fk it this games over hurdurdur" and started to run around aimlessly intentionally avoiding any and all gameplay. no im not talking about a tryndamere main (mandatorykappa). my idea is to let people review cases and they have to agree to a contract that roughly states "i will try my best to punish this unsportsmanlike player correctly and fairly. any false punishments will be doubled unto my own account". the system could be (for chat log/verbal abuse cases) we could mark things said in chat that are offensive and then pass it through 4 other people and if they (90% of marked things) agree that it was offensive, the person gets punished and the people going through get like 300 rp or something (only able to do 2 cases a day for rp). for Intent feeding games/afk/trolling you must watch the player for the whole replay of the game, and mark parts that you think were intentional feeding/afk/trolling. send it through 4 other people and if they agree that the parts marked by the others are feeding/afk/trolling they get punished and the players get 600 rp (limited to 2 a day)

edit: i tried to make this as hard to abuse as possible, but still with rewards. feel free to tweak it if u want :D

Hmm idk about the RP. I think there's a lot of people who would do it for free. If you do want an incentive, maybe just like 100 RP. 300 is kind of a lot. 600 RP in one day, shit, that's more than any champion (on sale) just for reviewing a case. If I'm even understanding you correctly. Also it would have to be a clean account (no punishments) that has been active for a good amount of time, like maybe a year, just so you know the person cares about their account and isn't some troll.
