I need to report a scam account

I got a friend request form an account that was only level 2, I'd never played with this person so I said yes and was going to ask who they were. But before I could ask I got a message and then they unfriended me. The message said "Hey. I was the person that carried earlier. I was boosting. I thought you might be interested since its cheap atm" there was also a link that I will not be posting since that would be spreading it around even more. This isnt the first time ive gotten an account to do this and I'm tired of it but not sure what to do.

If you have a screenshot of it, send it in a ticket to Player Support. Otherwise, you can still submit a ticket and give them the name of the account, and copy/paste the message and link from your message with the player.

If you still have the link and the player's screen name, you can send them to Riot through the Support page. There is no specific Report Player category anymore, but if you chose "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games" then under Category, pick Game and Features=>General, and tell them what it's about in Subject and post the name/link under Description, it'll get forwarded to the right department.

I reported a guy who was posting scam messages on the Boards. He added me in-game and we had a long conversation about his line of work. It was really interesting and I learned a lot about how he "scammed" people. He bought accounts to post the links on the Boards then upvote them. It wasn't a phishing scam, he said, or a way for him to install viruses on people's computers; he just wanted player data to sell to large companies who would pay for it, like Starbucks. He said he made a lot of money with it and seemed almost like he wanted me to do it with him at one point. He provided me a Discord account to contact him on at the end of the conversation. I added him on there, then bid him good night. I then blocked his account on League and Discord and pasted our entire conversation in a ticket to Riot Support. They said that they would send their Fraud team to investigate and they would see if they could do anything.

Just post it in a Support ticket like I did.

I got a link from someone i had played before and he seemed really friendly and one day he sent me a link for free riot points which asked for my password and username and stuff like that i knew it was a scam clearly.His name is serizer2 and i would like him to be banned.
