Proposal to Riot for Ranked discipline

Hello, I am just posting an idea for riot to consider. Is there any possibility that people can get banned for the ranked season (or part of) but still be allowed to play norms? I have had a lot of grieving, giving up, and etc in my games. This should have a zero tolerance in general, but I would like a higher standard with regards to ranked. If you want to ff at 5 minutes or run it down mid lane, you should be banned from ranked for that season. Lately, I have not seen much of a difference between low elo ranked (silver, which I am at) and normals in regards to the Shenanigans that take place. This is frustrating beyond words. I post this with hopes a discipline system specific to ranked can maybe be enforced. Maybe this will help filter people out of ranked games who should not be there in the first place.

There shouldnt be a difference in punishments between ranked and normals. If something is bad it should be punished. People play normals to chill, maybe they just came back from a hard day of work. Someone griefing in their games can ruin their eveining of chilling. Someone that plays ranked wants the competitivness of the game. Somone grifing ruins that for them.

The solution would be not to split player between normal and ranked but splitting toxic from non toxic with special queue (for both ranked and normals); option 1: Queue like we do rn (clic and wait for teamates) option 2: have longer queue time but you will be only placed with player of similar lvl of toxicity

player that dont want to wait will just pick option 1 and play while people that would rather have fun than play fast would just pick option 2 before starting their queue.

if there is a duo of a non-toxic and a toxic player (like me and my cousin) the optimal choice would be to place them with the lvl of toxicity of the most toxic one.

you could split them in 3 toxicity lvl; 1: has ben banned for his toxicity 2: Flames in chat 3: positive attitude
