Suspended From Ranked needs to be real...

I know I know, every noob and their grandpa "deserves" to be able to play. But it makes a TERRIBLE experience in the bottom tiers. You can feel anyway you want to about ELO hell and whether it's real or not but there needs to be a system to help those in those ranks get better by playing with people who are actually trying to get better.

What I propose is that we add "unskilled" to reporting and add a feature that will force players to play x number of normal games to be back into ranked play.

This works two ways:

1. You lose 3 or more times in a row WITH a negative score and you will need to play 3-5 games normal before you can queue ranked again. This escalates to 10 games after 3 more consecutive losses and then escalates to 20 games. At 20 games you get banned for 2 weeks from ranked and then the entire scale RESETS. No Perm Ban, No constant escalating. It's purely intended to help you get better.

2. X number of people report you in 5 games then the same applies. This can be quickly overruled though in normal games. Going positive in a normal game would immediately unlock the ranked restriction.

By score I mean, Kills PLUS assists: deaths. This means you REALLY need to be bad for the system to catch you or you'll need to be reported a LOT.

I think this is fair.
