Auto marking my tickets as solved when I get no response at all from anything but your auto response

For a company full of adults you hide problem like children. I get punished for defending myself meanwhile people who are hyper toxic or know they are ruining matches by doing stuff that is report-able are continuously playing still. That isn't and should never be considered fair.

Automated answer doesnt mean erroneous answer. So show what you wrote and what you received. Full unedited screenshots of your message. https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034195474-Understanding-Temporary-Bans https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038430973-Understanding-Permanent-Bans

Here on the Boards, you may provide your full unedited last reform card AND the full history of punishment of your account. But I suggest you read the rules of LoL before complaining more or pasting anything.

"Negative behavior is unacceptable regardless of the circumstances or who started it. It can be tempting to respond to negative players with negativity of your own. Our systems do not care who started the behavior and will treat each reported player based off the merits of their own case. The only way to handle these types of players is to mute them and continue playing the game followed by giving them a report at the end of the match."

"Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game.If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on."

You didn't get the answer you want. That doesn't mean the answer you got was wrong. Move on and behave better.

Specifically because you mentioned "tickets" as in, plural, there are two fairly likely possibilities:

  1. You are making multiple tickets on the same issue without waiting long enough to receive a response. Creating additional tickets puts you at the back of the queue. Riot support will close the duplicate tickets while leaving the original one Open. This is normal.

  2. You are making multiple tickets on the same issue after Riot already gave you a response. Theoretically, you didn't like the response, or you wouldn't be making additional tickets. Support has the duty of giving an explanation for your punishment. They don't have the duty of convincing you that their policies are correct.

Riot doesn't allow you to defend yourself by retaliating back. Its their policy. I know what you mean though! But according to them, you can defend yourself like this in RL. But in Riot's games, you follow Riot's policies. Take it or leave it!

There's a way to get around this though. If you /mute all, you can't see anyone type or ping whatsoever. So that may help!

I hope you don't mean you counter flamed back as a means of defending yourself, you still are flaming others.

It is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some minor shit. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

But if you did skip chat restrictions, then you probably used some pretty bad words.

We are still waiting for the screenshots and history of your account and you have been warned way before the reform card(s). Yes, you have been warned when you created the account because you read and agreed with Terms of Use. You may say "I didnt read them, nobody does", but thats not an excuse. If you got a 14d ban without chat restrictions, its totally possible as explained above.

"The only thing I know of that is permanent ban is to tell someone to off them-self. ": absolutely not. Some people reach permabans without being horribly vulgar or wishing horrible things to sisters. They are simply repeatedly negative and follow the protocol 10cr, 25cr, 14d, perma. If you just got a 14d ban today, you are on thin ice now. A simple reported "stfu" for example in 15 days could trigger a permaban. But dont come back saying you were not warned or didnt know. You have 14 days to finally read the rules of a game nobody forces you to play.
