Lack of Honor Recognition

So I play a few games almost daily. I try really hard to be a good teammate and congratulate, compliment, and encourage my teammates throughout my games. I get honored after almost every game.

At one point, I had the "friendly" banner/crest, but that was taken away from me for some reason. I have never been banned for abusive or rude language (something I never use in game), and continue to receive honor from my teammates on a regular and consistent basis.

How come I don't have the banner/crest anymore?

You have to maintain the level of honor you receive to keep them.

The honor system didn't work very well and was essentially abandoned by riot. They mentioned some things for when the tribunal comes back about voting on honor cases as well as reports. But I still think the major focus there is punishments rather than honor.

at one time i think there was about 200 honor badges awarded in each category to deserving players (red, gold, green & blue)

i know some players still receive these badges or they are changed up depending on how a person performs
