I'll start with an example to make it simple.
I selected toplane, and on the first roation i showed my team that i wanted to play Heimerdinger in top. The dude under me sais, no no i don' want you to go heimer top and banned heimerdinger on purpose, just to don't let me go heimer. FOr whatever reason.
Unfortunatly there is no way i can report that player..... something needs to be done there
Riot stated that a blind DQ is in the works, but yea a lot of people in draft and ranked don't want off meta teams
Ya that's why you don't show who you intend to pick.
Ranked is all about winning. Heimer isn't a winner.
Don't show your preferred champion ever. I picked a preferred champion in two games before I realized you wouldn't be kicked for not picking one, and I've never gone back.
If someone is showing that they're going to play some stupid, way-off-meta pick in one of my ranked games and I have a ban, you bet I'm going to ban it too. I'm not leaving an OP pick open just because one of our last two pickers wants it either.
Don't ever play heimer. Look at his win rate
