The new report system no longer has the "Not Cooperating with Team" option. Instead, it is just: Negative Attitude Verbal Abuse Leaving the game/AFK Assisting Enemy Team/Intentionally Feeding Hate Speech Cheating Offensive/inappropriate summoner name

Never was a not cooperating with team option, although there always should have been. Some people refuse to cooperate to the point that it pretty much becomes assisting the enemy. I believe you confuse it with refusing to communicate with team. Which was pretty much a worthless report really. I've played lots of games and never said a word. And won. I'd imagine pinging just a few times would render that report useless anyways. Negative attitude is also a dubious report at best. If the score is 30-4, regardless of the fantasy scenario people can imagine playing out....me saying this game is over is pretty much an astute observation and not me being negative. On the inverse, someone who is already saying GG when the score is 4-6 is annoying, but muteable. Hate speech and verbal abuse are pretty much the same thing....offenseive language. Afking and assisting the enemy are pretty much the same thing as well.
You mean "Not communicating with team".
Honestly I always assumed that was just a bait report option so Riot knows this is just a salty report that's based on emotions, not player behavior issues.
Really I'd be quiet disappointed if something as silly as refusal to communicate was a bannable offense. Afterall, just about every game has 0-3 people who never talk or ping.
