This yi is an obvious troll

So in my last draft match preparing for a ranked game I had this yi beginning of the match he said that he was going to go and go for 600 cs and that he refused to help if you look at his recent match history he has been throwing recent matches to get 600 cs he is doing this intentionally can someone go and check out his profile to see if he does this in all of his games (NOTE: His shyvana game he got 600 cs I watched it and all he did was farm farm farm and not help his team) Anyway 30 mins in I take his red buff so I can take baron he says "Report Yasuo" in global chat.
