Can we start handing out perm bans to people that steal lanes?

This has become a real issue and is ruining lots of games. Honestly i'm getting of sick it because it cripples my cs, gives the enemy more xp(since a 2v1) and it hurts the other lane(usually bot) as adc has no support. These people who grief think it's funny and i'm tired of having my time wasted.

A permanent ban seems excessive if lighter measures can be taken first.

Curious: Who is stealing lanes? Where is this happening? Is this in draft?

This guy is a troll, ignore him.

Nah, they deserve some attention. It can't always be mine though. I'm not surprised if people want to do something like OP described in a game. I'm just curious.

I have literally never encountered this problem since Riot released Dynamic queue and I've played a few hundred games on it already.

And when I say he's a troll I'm not just referring to this one thread. He constantly makes complaint threads about things you see 1/1000 games. Or how X champ is 'completely broken and needs major nerfs' or reworks, or removed from game. And then makes wild or overreactive suggestions like this. He got destroyed by a champ cause he has no skill "Champion that destroyed me needs a rework!"

He has the opinions of a Bronze V player who is also likely an 8 year old kid. And if you look at his match history that becomes even more apparent.

Ok, thanks, but you don't have to tell me to ignore someone just because you seem to not like them. I dunno. I tell people to ignore trolls when they get them in games, so maybe it's the same. This person doesn't seem trolly to me.

An issue that happens in 1/1000 games is still an issue. If we can explain our opinions then maybe we can learn from eachother.

The problem with this issue is that, while it is frowned upon, it's not against any specific term nor is it really reportable. The players have the freedom to play the game however they want, and this sort of issue is considered conflict among players that needs to be sorted out between them.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely hate those kind of ppl. What I'm saying is that, unfortunately, as long as the player is playing the game, he can go wherever and do whatever he wants that doesn't result in direct feeding. Have you not heard of the nunu player with hundreds of games as a support stalking junglar to deny all the camps and stealing cs whenever possible, all while avoiding enemy players throughout the game?
