Story Time: Best Worst Game

So, if you look at my Match History, I've been playing a lot of Veigar lately in normal teambuilder, but I'm not that good with Veigar. I need to study up and find the right balance between poke and farming my Q because I get just crushed by assassins who get two kills on me then start tower diving me when I'm below 50%.

So I'm bad.

Enter my 0/6/0 game vs LeBlanc. I can't get any Qs on her because she's constantly doing that AOE pop back and she farms behind minions, just autoattacking to try and get me away from the tower. Early game, jungle isn't any help, they are never in line to clean her up after a gank, but it's solo queue, so I expect that. They are just elsewhere.

So I feed four kills to Leblanc and start trying to move around lanes instead, but the game's basically over because she can murder anyone. She dives me a couple more times on the next turret. I almost get her with my ult, but I hit the wrong target in the melee. The team says 'FF@20' and there was one comment that the mis-ult made Vayne cringe. I bit off a 'Yes, I'm aware, thank you for commenting' in harshness.

Two things were said, everyone left the game, no snappish remarks in post-game. I did poorly, people do poorly. I was rather upset, because I had been doing good as Veigar in team builder with my friends, but never against mid assassins, and now I'm dragging people down in solos. But it was made better because no one said it. There was no need to point it out. It was done, we all decided to move on, I had a great game next game.

The person who is doing bad generally knows they are doing bad. You can offer some general advice, but sometimes it doesn't help. After that, just try to help them out or stay quiet. It's not as hard as you think.
