Why is the Profanity Filter On even when Disabled?

Seriously, why is this? I thought it was Enabled by Default for a reason. Now whenever i say something using swear words, offensive or not, it gets filtered like **** this. Wth is this, League of Kindergarten? Those who Disable it Disable it for a reason.

Now words like "Fuck" and "Bitch" or "Shit" get instantly filtered. I mean why? I'd understand if N*gger or something like that was but just regular swears? Really? They're not only used for insults you know. "Son of a bitch , fucking fail flashed that bs thick wall." or just "Shit, i wasted my Ult." or "Fucking Ignite" etc etc are not insults. Or did the demographic for League players show mostly 12 - 14 year olds as of recent?

Look, i know it may sound "barbaric" and "primitive" to ask for this "feature" to get removed but a lot of people express themselves better like this. If someone uses it for insults, they get punished by Riot's logic. Also, i don't like people who pretend like they never swear. It's a completely natural thing. Or at least remove the "Profanity Filter" option entirely then as we don't really have a choice at the moment.
