Is Curse Chat considered a third party client?

I use it on SMITE a lot, but I've never used it for LoL. And I hear this third party detector can be pretty finicky. It wouldn't ban me for using it on LoL, would it?

At the moment, Curse is allowed because it has no features that provide an advantage. However, it is still a 3rd party application and if they add features in the future that provide an advantage (like jungle timers, ect) even if you don't use them, you could be banned.

Curse is perfectly fine to be used with LoL. I use it myself. It does not give you any information that you shouldn't have (Example: Jungle timers that you shouldn't know about). So it is fine to use on LoL.

If I'm not mistaken, Riot will send out a warning to users if Curse Voice becomes against TOS

It's not, nor is teamspeak or discord. Voice apps never do this unless they have more info in them other than "Who's talking and who are they using"

It's fine.

It's also pretty obvious what's okay and what isn't. If it gives you any information that isn't already in the game itself, it's illegal.
