i want someone from riot and with brain discuss my problem...nowhere write than i can got perma ban and lost my money and time...this is serious issue and i need help...unless i research if i can go on courts for that :) (sorry for english not my language)

It's hard for a player to tell, That's why I asked you to post the reform card. Will you get the account back, doubt it...but start with sending in a ticket. If you want the board players to back you then you must show us where Riot was wrong...reform card/ logs.
OP put up your reform card / chat logs ! Then maybe someone can help you. Please tone it down, I realize you may not speak English well, but You do know the curse words.
Talking like this is only going to get a Rioter to smite you or ignore you. But, if you want to get their attention try being a bit nicer. Some friendly advice.

I don't know how Riot works, I don't think you will get your account back..but it you listen to these nice people that are trying to help you then maybe you can start another and learn what not to say...I hope this helps :)
So you fail to read the legally-accepted documents that you agreed to and then threaten to attempt to take your ban to court? Have fun blowing thousands on attorney fees and court costs if any attorney even takes it. You won't get anything except humiliated.
And, just so you know, as soon as you bring up legal action, Riot will close your account and stop talking to you unless it's through a lawyer.

the first game i have a troll bot or feed on purpose i dont know and then rengar said that because i flame him ( i just saied to enemies report him he will make me suffer and then take my farm and troll my team on purpose go in match history riot and in the game chat and see all the chat) in the second game i played with my friend and we have 3 premades in our team and then one of them (yasuo check match history ) go afk and then come back and troll with others in a 4v5 game and when we won the premades say to (4) enemies gg izi (nice attitude riot)
