After my perma ban in main account i create one new to be a better player and stop flame and have good games and relaxing with these...in my first 7 normal games i have 2 TROLLS (THEY FEED ON PURPOSE AND LAUGH IN CHAT) 3 AFKS (1 IN MY FIRST GAME 1 IN MY THIRD GAME AND 3 AFKS (2V5) IN MY 7 GAME)...i understand that i am low level now but i dont care because is someone attitude is troll or go afk in level 5 he does that and in level 20 level 30 and ranked...RIOT FIX YOUR GAME OR GIVE ALL PERMA ACCOUNTS BACK...YOU DEMAND FROM SUMMONERS BE GOOD WE DEMAND FOR YOU A BETTER GAME OR DONT DO NOTHING AND LET THIS GAME BE SHITYY AS IS NOW AND GIVE ACCOUNTS BACK...i dont flame in this game and i wish have better matchmaking and dont be toxic for that but riot doesnt give a fuck...

So wait... you were perma-banned for toxicity... but now want to complain about toxic players? Cannot think of a more ironic situation... unless a person breaking into someone's house got car jacked while he was inside... that would be just as ironic.

Firstly, i must express my disappointment of perma-banned players making new accounts, secondly, the verbal toxicity banning is accompanied by few games required before punishment Afk needs many leaves in a row before punishment is assigned

So instead of just whining and complaining how about you come up with a better system. Any toxic player can make a new account within a couple minutes which explains why you are seeing so many toxic people in low levels of play. Even if Riot bans these people after a few offenses they can be back to trolling pre level 30 games within a few minutes with a new account. What exactly would you have them do?

Also, you have no rights in this game. Read the terms of use. Riot can ban your account for any reason or no reason. You agreed to these terms of use every time a new patch comes out. If you don't agree to the terms of use then don't play the game.

Absolutely will comment again: Riot doing nothing is by and large an ignorant statement having been banned yourself, you know first hand they do something about toxicity. Report the trolls, they will be banned, just like you were. Nothing to "fix"

I think you need to stop playing this game. You see negative in everything, and with your anger issues u have problems. Yes u made new account, means you are playing with new players, who dont know alot about game.
