Thanks you (rioter name here i dont post it ) for your time i really appreciate that and i wish this dont be a automatic message :/...i post several post in the league of legends forums and i have some guys that say that we give me second chance and some others that said i deserve my punish...i know i am flamer and toxic sometimes and i deserve punishiment but perma ban is so unfair i think because i NEVER TROLL OR DESTROY A GAME AND EVERYTIME I GIVE MY 100% AND I TRY MY BEST FOR ME AND MY TEAM... My bad with me is i flame hard sometimes other guys who come for troll or feed on purpose and their pleasure are destroy the game and waste my team and my teamates or my enemies time with their attitude...my flame is the wrong way to protect that game i love so much and i spend 3,5 full years of playing and some money i spend because i love it like a good player/customer...i think riot we build a digital alter ego a summoner here and you dedice that we are bad guys and deserve punished very well i understand that...but punish me or someone other(i mention so many bans and especially for flame this month and i think you dont target the problem of the game which is the trolls/afkers this is my opinion)with perma ban(forever ban) is like you decide death sentence for my alter ego...what crime deserve that ?:(...i think you must pay more respect to passionate players and help us go better...you can ban our accounts for several months or year in some cases but not forever is so cruel and unfair...or ban our chat so we cant be flame others or being toxic... I wish you understand my point and give a me a chance again me or in someone other that deserve it and i wish this game going better and better and dont punish the passion but you learn calm summoners down and make them better(i agree with perma ban punishment only in extremely bad behavior like continuing trolling or feeding or elo boosting for money)...pls give a chance or contact with me to discuss my topic for a better community and game...i think in this life no one can say"you deserve "death" and nothing is forever"...thanks for your time and sorry for my bad english...

You can be punished by most legal systems for verbal abuse. Not sure what makes people think that it's ok online.

If you know that flaming or being toxic is a problem of yours, then you can ask riot to give you a chat restriction. People do this all the time because they don't want to be toxic. Take GrossGore for example, he flames a lot on his stream but he's usually (usually) pretty good in chat. He's passionate about the game as well but just don't fucking chat man. Ask for a chat ban and they will oblige.
