riot just reply me and say that dont get the ban back so my account is permantly banned...ok so riot choose someone of trollers/afkers/flammers and ban them without discuss with them...and i say ban them PERMA it isnt for 2 weeks or one month is perma and said they dont take their ban back...i just dont care for summoners code we speak FOR A LOT OF HOURS AND A LOT OF MONEY TO THIS GAME AND THE BEHAVE WE BAN YOU FOREVER AND WE NOT DISCUSS THIS IS FOR BRAINDEAD PEOPLE ? When someone says "post your logs," they mean ALL of them. Including the ones where you were given simple warnings, short and long suspensions, and THEN the one that got you banned.

Looking at your chat logs, you spend more time hurling insults and calling for reports in all-chat than you do actually playing the game. And then there's comments like these:

Tell me how are these in anyway needed? Answer: They aren't needed at all whatsoever and are part of the reason as to why you got banned in the first place there as well. Riot has been known to escalate certain cases to higher punishment tiers if the cases are serious enough to warrant such action, and that might have been what happened here with you.

My Advice:

Less talking, more playing. The more time you spend thinking of insults to send to your teammates the less time you spend actually playing the game itself. If someone's bothering you then just mute and report them after the game without calling for reports. When you call for reports you open yourself up to being valid reported by others.
Never, ever say stuff like the four (4) lines above. Stuff like that is unacceptable 100% of the time and makes you come off as an even bigger uncaring jerk than you were before. There are better ways to get your point across without saying stuff like this.
Stop calling for reports in-game. This is considered harassment and like I said earlier is considered a reportable offense.
Quit acting like you're exempt from the rules just because you pay money every now and then as you're not. Paying players are treated exactly the same as non-paying players, so that excuse doesn't fly here (never has and never will). If you truly value your money then you would act like a reasonable person instead of like a jerk.
Do not retaliate negatively against people. Not only has Riot stated many times before that retaliation is never okay, but you can also defend yourself so long as it's done in a reasonable manner (i.e. not in raging, insult-throwing manner). While it's always annoying to get stuck/paired with a troll or a group of trolls, in the end the only person whose behavior truly matters is your own. They'll get banned in due time, but you can avoid joining them by not being a verbally abusive jerk yourself.

Now the reason as to why you got a permaban is because you ignored your 3 prior warnings from before (i.e. the 10-game and 25-game chat restrictions and the 2-week ban). This is Riot starting "you had your chance and you blew it", and they're right. With the behavior that you showed in your chat logs you had every right to be punished as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully you'll learn from this and not act that way again, as no company is gonna put up with the kind of behavior that you showed there, trust me, they won't.

My overall and final verdict: Punish.

Please post logs or we cant help you. And correct me if im wrong but did you say you dont care about the summoners code that you agreed on when you started? Also, it seems like you are saying that you DID troll or afk or flame? I cant tell im sorry, im having trouble understanding what you mean. If you did, then you seem to be saying that it shouldnt matter that you were toxic/troll/afk because you spent money? If so riot has said countless times that money will have ZERO impact on your punishment.

The problem is that you are harassing people asking for reports, and telling people they are bad basically because you say they have bronze. (Honestly after playing league over 3 years myself you learn Rank in lower tiers means absolutely nothing a Bronze player can in rare cases be better than a Gold Player.)

On top of this I absolutely hat being in games like this, I would rather have a bad player feeding on my team that to see all this stuff in chat.

The problem is the harassment and threatening reports on players instead of just playing the game (I experience this stuff a lot playing) and you know what happens as a result ( I mute everyone) and play often resulting in me being unable to hear what players are saying which means the chances of even winning the game go down

The only thing I am honestly concerned about is what Riot is doing right now with some of their bans

1.) Banning players for MMR boosting, I am not sure if everyone is really guilty of this 2.) Banning players for Intentionally feeding when doing poorly on tilt because of bad match-ups.

If you didn't get a lot of previous chat restrictions or even if you did you could try putting in a ticket, and Apologize for your behavior perhaps they will give you one more chance, but the problem is that you can't say hurtful things in chat, or ask others to report anyone it doesn't matter if a player if saying hateful things to you, or someone else, or if they are trolling / Intentionally feeding threatening reports, asking for reports, or harassing chat because someone does bad, is toxic, or trolling will just get you banned.

Sometimes Riot skips to an instant account suspension without warning, although they are supposed to at least give information first before just banning a users account, and I do disagree with Riots decisions on some account bans /punishments lately I have read about as well as mine.

The only thing you can honestly do at this case is submit a ticket and ask them see if they are willing to give a chance to prove you will stop flaming, I had to submit one and tell them I wasn't Intentionally feeding because of a instant ban with no warning myself 2 days ago.

The problem with flaming though is it drags everyone down in games I understand that someone else starts it, and I used to be the same way in a large number of games years ago maybe even a bit last season, but now I just mute everyone forget that chat exists and play the game when people say rude things, or are going to start saying rude things because of champion selection, and the only thing I ever type in chat most my games when they start "I am muting my chat, best of luck" and play the game damn.

I notice that after doing this myself in many games a lot of players just want to say things to hurt others and if they think you are not listening do stop, and in other cases sometimes they continue to say hateful things in chat because sometimes I turn off the mutes 10-15 minutes in to see if players have stopped and if its still going on I just mute everyone and play.

I understand you feel you get matched with n00bs so do I feel the same way especially when I know they are obviously newbs to the game and the last 2 days before my suspension I am like "Play defensively" but instead all they do is run out and auto attack everything and because of this I do very bad compared to if I was matched with a DUO friend, or bot where I actually had a skilled player who actually knew what I was doing. (But I don't flame them even though I know they talk trash) and beleive me playing 3-4 years myself it is actually hard not to say a lot of hurtful stuff back to these players.
