I was trying to attach a video of a really toxic perma-bannable gp but it kept on graying out the submit icon after i clicked it and nothing happened.
how can i make sure riot gets this recorded, over the top toxicity?

Thats my issue, the ticket wont send. When i get everything ready and click submit. the button grays out and nothing happens. the webpage just freezes.
