It looks to me like this was in all chat. If so, that would warrant a 14 day ban for helping the other team.
If not, the rest was 3 games of complaining non stop. I don't know how you manage to type that much and actually play. If you didn't have a 25 game chat restriction in the past, then i would submit a ticket to see if itbcan be reduced.
You are way too harsh to other players and don't seem to respect them and your chat messages show this. You should feel pleased that you haven't had a permanent ban already. You seem to be nonstop complaining, and not just that but are hostile about it. If I have a terrible game I'll just mute trouble makers and then just type every once in a while something that I think might improve our teamwork. Not necessarily what you need to do, but maybe reading what others do in their frustrating games will give you some inspiration on what you could do differently.

Looks like you don't play a whole lot of games and your punishment from the 25 game chat restriction didn't decay cos you didn't play much.
Honestly, I don't see how it would warrant a suspension period. I think they got you for calling the game shit, honestly, and probably insulting one of the "chosen few" champions as "cancerous"
I was chat restricted last year for calling a troll a troll. The person went 1/9, stole my lane, laughed at how much they fed and cost the game. However, because I had said I won't assist that person and to report them for trolling/inting, they hit me. That's pretty much when I realized the way the system is set up, it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong but the fact you use certain words will likely get you penalized.
Just do what I have done since and say nothing. Talk to friends, not /all chat or team chat, and just use pings.
yes you were very toxic. all game there is nothing positive, and you wrote A LOT. in all 3 games. that equivalents to constant toxicity. so yes, punishment justified.

Do you deserve a chat restriction? Yes. Do you deserve a 14day ban? no.
Honestly you need to shut up in your games.
That being said, if your chat logs aren't edited out, it does seem weird to have jumped to a 14 weeks suspension. But once again, I'm not exactly inclined to believe you blindly as per Boards experience. Gotta wait for when/if a Rioter chimes in.
