Hextech Loot Ban

I just received a hextech loot ban when the client didn't connect and no pop up came up to tell me. I minimized it and there's the pop-up hidden under the game so I try to reconnect and to my luck I connect just as the team decided to remake. Okay, shit happens, I get it.

But then I get a pop up that says I am no longer eligible for lot. Does this really make me ineligible for more loot? Have I really skipped out on that many games that this now caused me to lose my hextech privilege? That's an honest question because if the answer is yes I have skipped out on that many games then I really have nothing to complain about. Is there anyway I can be told?

How do I gain back my privilege? The website says after my punishment I enter a reform period where I am then unable to still earn loot but with good behavior I can earn the privilege back?

Does that mean I am in reform now because I wasn't punished otherwise. I don't even have a wait time to play a game...and it's not like I am chat banned.

What do I do, just not skip out on games? Pretty sure I don't skip out on many, I always deal with trolls and never rage quit. I don't think I've even left any games during this new Season other than what happened today.

I just want to be able to earn boxes :([zombie-nunu-tears]
