Wondering what Riot has planned for lobby trolls?

I know it has been mentioned before but some people just flat out admit to trolling in lobby before game. Some even to extent of black mailing you for a role so they won't troll. If you don't give the role to them they troll pick and tells team to dodge if you don't want to loose. I was wondering if there is a way we can add a chat log sensor similar to vulgar language editing to detect certain words to indicate that behavior. Along with a team report button in lobby to quickly indicate bad behavior and remove the player while giving the equivalent to a dodge or afk ban timer.
