Request for chat restriction punishments

Hi, Toxic / Trying to reform player here. My account was 14 day suspended a month or two ago and I've been trying to talk very little and not be toxic when i do talk. I had a game where my team flamed me for picking ezreal jungle and i admittedly couldve behaved better, but they were so incredibly toxic to me. Anyway, im not arguing about the 10 game chat restrict I was given, I'm only asking that before I am put on chat restrict you let me know that is whats going on so I don't queue up for a ranked game, get in game without having recieved a message, and then am left wondering if i have recieved a permaban while playing my game. Honestly put me on tilt the whole game because I was pretty sure I had been permabanned. Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful I am not. So both THANK YOU and also please let me know when I am being put on chat restrict before I am actually in a game.
