HELP! got chat banned with no context

i didnt play for like 1 week yesterday i started playing as long i can remember i played with my friends only and i wasnt even being toxic or talk shit but when i went into a game it showed me a message i am chat banned for 10 games and chat is limited. i thought it will show me chat log but it didnt, i am so sad cuz i was in last checkpoint of honor level of 4 but now this shit happening. pls help what should i do?

EDIT- Finally showed me chat logs but i fail to see the toxic. it just 1 game where duo premade harassing me and my friend we first defended ourselves then muted them but we werent being toxic or talk shit. i still dont get it. if u look at my kayle match history its the hecarim and talon.
